This is a true St. Louis style dry rub with one exception. It is sugar free. This is very savory rub that is very versatile. Not only is it great on St. Louis style ribs but it goes well on Chicken, Beef, Lamb, and even on Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes. The possibilities are endless. We recommend adding 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar for every 1 Tablespoon of dry rub for a nice glaze. This product is Paleo, Vegetarian, and Vegan friendly.
